A Charity Motorcycle and Classic Car Ride to Benefit Camp COCO, a camp for kids and teens with cancer or blood disorders.

All makes and models of motorcycles, scooters  and classic cars are welcome!

I am always looking for volunteers! If you are willing to make a difference in the life of a child with cancer or a life threatening blood disorder and you will work for food, call or email Jane!

Volunteer jobs are as follows:

Work designated stops: initial tally sheets of riders

Raffle ticket, t-shirt, and bandana sales-you work at the start location and the end location.

Registration-register riders, drivers, take fee, handle necessary paperwork. This is at the start location.

Food and Beverage Table- take meal tickets, set up food and drinks, napkins, condiments, refill supplies as needed. This is at the end location.

Lemonade Stand - set up lemonade stand,  donation cups, would like to have this job done by cancer patients, survivors, and their families. This is at the end location.

Tally Judges- add up tally sheet totals and pull 3 highest totals and the lowest total. This is at the end location.

Master or Mistress of Ceremonies or D.J.- This person would make all announcements. This is at the end location. Approximately a 2 1/2 hour job. Please note! The MC or DJ CANNOT purchase raffle tickets without a member of their family riding in the ride.

Pictures and or Video- take pictures of start, during, parade, end, balloon release, families, etc.

Balloon Release-blow up balloons, attach cards and string. Give them to Hunter to release to start the ride.

Items needed for your job will be provided so make sure Jane receives your contact info.

Event held rain or shine!

Proceeds from Cruisin’ 4 Kids with Cancer will benefit Camp COCO. This week long camp provides activities, camping, fishing, horseback riding, and lots of fun for each and every camper and most of all a week to be just like everybody else!

The camp is no cost to families. However, it costs $700. 00 per child to run the camp. The SIU Foundation sponsors this camp through donations. Checks will be made out to Cruisin' 4 Kids with Cancer.
